Rhonda Palumbo,
Director of Contracts and Human Resources/ Corporate Compliance Officer Rhonda Palumbo, came to Physicians Choice Dialysis with over 15 years dialysis experience. Following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Ashland University, Rhonda worked for the Resolution Trust Corporation as an Assistant Technician. In 1994 she received her Paralegal Certification and accepted a position as a Contracts Manager for Renal Treatment Center, Inc and Total Renal Care Group where she prepared and presented all of the Certificates of Need, State Licensure, Medicaid / Medicare, ESRD Network licensing and approvals. In addition she was directly responsible for all legal contracts, to include the due diligence on all of the company's acquisitions and risk management issues. Rhonda oversaw the paralegal staff and was directly responsible for managing their caseload. In 1999 Rhonda was afforded the position of Assistant Facility Administrator for Delaware Valley Dialysis and Physicians Dialysis LLC. In this position, she was directly responsible for the expense management, inventory control, payroll, human resources, and risk management. In addition she was directly responsible for preparing ESRD Network reports and annual cost reports for all facilities. She came to join Physicians Choice Dialysis in 2004 as our Director of Contracts and Human Resources / Corporate Compliance Officer where she is directly involved in every aspect of the Corporate Management daily activities. She works directly with our CEO and COO in the merger and acquisition of new dialysis facilities and is responsible for all regulatory matters as well as reviewing and revising all contracts associated with such. In addition she is directly responsible for overseeing the management staff at the corporate office, and is directly involved with the corporate budget, payroll, human resources, and other matters as they are presented to her. |
