Ms. Nicole Lee, came to Physicians Choice Dialysis with over 10 years dialysis experience. Following her 1994 Graduation from Troy State University's Nursing Program, Nicole spent 3 years as an Acute Dialysis Nurse at Columbia Regional Medical Center. She relocated to Colorado Springs in 1997 where she spent the year working in the CVICU. She returned to her home state in 1998 and spent the next two years as the clinical manager for Fresenius Medical Care. Under her management, FMC received Network 8 Recognition. In 2001 she was afforded the opportunity to become the Healthcare Administrator for the Women's Prison System in Alabama. In addition to supervising the entire healthcare unit she was directly responsible for the Dialysis unit at the prison. Nicole joined Physicians Choice Dialysis in 2003 as a Facility Administrator. Under her direction, PCD won the Excellence in Anemia and the Star Award from Network 8. She was later recognized as an exceptional part of our organization and promoted to the position of Director of Operations in which she oversees the operational aspect of all of our facilities.
