I am pleased to announce that effective June 1, 2008, Physicians Choice Dialysis consummated its acquisition of three end stage renal disease facilities from Fresenius Medical Care of North America. The facilities are located in Talladega, Alabama (one facility) and Anniston, Alabama (two facilities) and total approximately 180 end stage renal disease patients. The transaction is retroactive to June 1, 2008.

I am extremely proud of our PCD Team and all who have helped and continue to help in the acquisition and integration of these facilities into the PCD family. Our team has done an extremely efficient job and has worked many hours in connection with this transaction which was consummated in a very short period of time. We continue to work hard in upgrading such facilities to PCD standards.
