Alejandro Sardina, has been the Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2005. He has been working in the dialysis services industry for over 13 years. Mr. Sardina is responsible for all operational aspects of the business as well as overseeing development of de novo centers and the financial performance of the centers. Prior to coming on board with the Company, he was Chief Operating Officer for an Ohio based regional operator of dialysis facilities and in addition to being responsible for the operational aspects and financial performance of the business was directly responsible for the sale of such facilities to a national operator. Through his various responsibilities he has become experienced in every facet of the dialysis business as he has worked his way up over the years from a reuse technician to the Chief Operating Officer of multi-facility dialysis businesses. After learning the technical operations, Mr. Sardina began working in the office learning the business side of the operation to include minimizing the operational expenses and organizing and developing the technical procedures manual for the dialysis facility.

Mr. Sardina is an honors graduate in Education and Mathematics from the University of Havana, Cuba where he also received a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Sardina became a Professor of the Mathematics Department for the Batalla de Ayacucho High School in Cuba before entering into the dialysis services business.
